The Xbox 360 was Microsoft's second ever console and part of the seventh generation of video games. It was originally released on November 22nd, 2005 in North America. Microsoft would go on to release the Xbox 360 S in 2010 and the Xbox 360 E in 2013. The system would wind up finishing in a close third place to the PS3's second in terms of sales. With massive hits like Grand Theft Auto IV and V, the Call of Duty series, Halo 3 and 4, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the Gears of War series, and more, the system would help Microsoft reaffirm their position in the video game industry.
